Cannaco Health aims to enable access to medicinal cannabis for service users who will derive clinical benefit through consultation with our expert consultants. Our research-driven model aims to support service user safety and longer term understanding of the effectiveness of cannabis-based products for medical use.
Cannaco Health was formed by doctors for service users, and we put service users at the centre of everything. Our founders actively work in the NHS as GPs, Consultants and Senior Managers and we are dedicated to delivering high-value, meaningful services that resonate with service users. Our vision is underpinned by a robust and realistic strategy and implementation plan for the delivery of the identified priorities. We are committed to undertake regular feedback from our service users, to shape and improve our service.
The Board of Cannaco Health is a key facet of the robust governance structure and contributes to the effective management of the organisation. Its membership includes Medical, Operational, Legal and Corporate departmental leads. We require that all those in a leadership role work together to create an ethos whereby high-quality care is expected and provided at all times.
Innovation and efficiency are essential to enable Cannaco Health to provide cost-effective services to service users that were not accessible to them previously, due to prohibitively high costs. By relentlessly searching out new ways to continually improve what we do and by using ethical solutions that are compliant, timely and effective, we will pass on value to our service users never compromising on quality.
Our aim is to respond to individuals clinical need in line with a person-centred approach. We will work in conjunction with current legislation, evidence-based guidance, and research to ensure we have effective outcomes for our service users and there is a clear process in place for continually monitoring this and to achieve effective outcomes for all our service users engaging with our service.
Establishing a long-term future for our people and continuity of care for our service users is of paramount importance. We will build life-long relationships with our service users and always deliver cost-effective and high-quality services.
